Come check out the "NEW" Las Sendas and all the wonderful things going on here thanks to new owners as of November 2009.  These new owners are giving the golf club a multi-million dollar face lift!  This past year has consisted of numerous changes to the course and its facilities to make it more attractive and more convenient for golfers of all kinds.  The start to this new season signals the end of all capital improvements involved in phase one of development.  Here is list of all the wonderful changes that have occurred at Las Sendas Golf Club.
 
-Construction and development of a brand new pro shop
-Construction and development of on course restrooms
-Construction and development of a halfway house for food and beverage at the turn
-Construction and development of member locker-room facilities
-Paved cart paths from tee to green on every hole
-Former Clubhouse renovated into 3 separate restaurants - Bogey's Steak and Seafood (fine dining), The Rusty Putter (bar & grille), and The Viewpoint Patio (outdoor dining on patio overlooking 9th green)
-Brand new EZ-GO carts
-Desert clean up throughout the entire course allows opportunity to find lost golf balls easier
-Introduction of the Mike Malaska International Golf Academy (Mike Malaska is the top instructor for The Jack Nicklaus Academy of Golf throughout the world)
