Peter Finch, Travel Editor for Golf Digest Magazine, called leading travel firms and got quotes for two foursomes for a mid-April long weekend: three nights, four days and rounds at each of the area's top-ranked resort or public courses.

The grid is on page 90 if you happen to have that issue.

Jay received a phone call from Peter Finch that his company was going to be a part of the March issue and that Tucson & Scottsdale Golf had been mystery shopped about a month earlier.  The ad stated "sales rep did a nice job of combining the schedule and lodging to minimize the time driving among courses."  Nice job Gerry Quinn!
