Vacation Terms and Conditions

Accommodations Only

DEPOSIT

We require a 25% deposit of the gross rental amount and remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made 45 days in advance to receive a refund minus cancellation fee of 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel within the stated time frame you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations within 45 days will not receive a refund.

For stays of 1 month or more guest/tenant is given an electric bill allowance of $125 per month and a gas bill allowance of $125 per month. Any amount over the allotted amounts is the responsibility of the guest/tenant and shall be paid upon receipt of bills.

Golf Packages

DEPOSIT

We require a $100 per player deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of the entire group must be made 31 days in advance to receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of $25.00 per player. If you cancel within the stated time frame you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations within 31-08 days will receive a credit toward a future visit with Tucson Golf Vacations, LLC (must be used within 1 year). Cancellations within 7 days will not receive a refund.
