del Lago Golf Club serves as the centerpiece of Rancho del Lago, a master-planned community located about 20 minutes from downtown Tucson just off Interstate 10, exit 279. The natural beauty of del Lago has been preserved and is greatly appreciated by the Vail/Tucson community. A high desert course that rests at an elevation of 3,315 feet – normally five degrees cooler than Tucson during the summer. del Lago Golf Club serves as the centerpiece of Rancho del Lago, a master-planned community located about 20 minutes from downtown Tucson just off Interstate 10, exit 279. del Lago invites all golfers to come and play the golf course, built by Nugent Golf Associates, the same firm that produced the Tour stop Kemper Lakes.
With 120 feet of elevation change, the club’s 1st hole begins at the highest point, then plays down into the valley, coming to the back nine, which runs along Pantano Wash. The course winds its way through the hills and valleys of the high desert, with spectacular and unique views of the backside of the Rincon Mountains and the Santa Catalina’s. Except for the 1st hole, which has the course’s only forced carry, del Lago is golfer-friendly off the tees. Let the more skilled players play the back tees, which at 7,206 yards, carry a rating of 73.9 and a slope of 135. Par is 72. Due to the layout of the course, the many elevation changes, and the commitment to Pace of Play they do not allow players to walk del Lago Golf Club. All tee time rates include a golf cart for your round.

No matter how large or how small, the Hacienda del Lago is the perfect setting. You'll enjoy The Cienega Room, The Arizona Room, and plenty of room for Patio Parties with a collection of small, intimate tables that invite your guests to relax and enjoy.

del Lago’s bar and grill, simply known as “The Hacienda” in the community, offers plenty of space to relax and take in the patio views of the course or escape the heat and pull a chair up to our bar. We always have something going on here at The Hacienda.

Really cool golf course. For the price and what you get it's 5 Stars. Premium golf carts, great staff, beautiful clubhouse and restaurant though I'll say I didn't try the food. The course itself was interesting and challenging in the best ways. First of all it's beautiful and one of the better maintained courses in Tucson, tee boxes were nice, fairways beautiful and greens true and pristine not to mention its a cool area to cart around in, and lots of spots to park for a minute in the shade. The bunkers are great, they're really freaking hard to get out of if you're aiming towards the green, but that made it so much more fun. Bust out that flop shot and your group will be in awe how you pop out of those bunkers. All in all, great course and absolutely the cheapest top 5'ish golf course in Tucson.

Just popped in for the driving range - very pretty and well kept. The putting green was especially stunning compared to other Tucson courses. Can't comment on the actual course - didn't play a round. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will return soon!
