One of the best hotel stays I have had in a significant amount of time. From a rocky start to a very strong finish. Arrived at 10pm on 13May22, and there were some issues getting into my room. Since my father had reserved the room with points and without my name, he simply let me know the room number to ask for. We have different last names, and also look different in our external features. But after some extra patience, I was finally good to go. The person who made my stay at this location, and would be the reason I choose to come back again while in Phoenix, that is Kaitlyn. (I don't know her last name, she wore glasses, white, brown hair if I remember correctly) She deserves a raise, a day off, and most definitely extra recognition. She has an amazing personality, very genuine and not fake at all. She went above and beyond to assist me with my queries, and expressed sincere interest in my minor inconveniences during my stay. Also, the atrium and the décor are of wonderful quality. Additionally, everything was clean when I looked from the general areas, the lobby restrooms, and of course the room. The bed was also top notch, and I slept heavenly for the little bit of time I did utilize it. Thank you very much!!!
