Opened in 1996, this Scott Miller designed course is a spectacular representation of man’s creation in harmony with nature as it winds through natural box canyons, rolling hills, and lush desert valleys. At Eagle Mountain you’ll find a challenging yet fair golf experience, with contoured fairways and immaculately maintained emerald greens throughout this par-71, 6800-yard layout.
The course at Eagle Mountain is an innovative departure from the ‘target’ style golf courses constructed in the Sonoran Desert with a layout that takes advantage of a wide variety of land features. In many instances, long extended views into untouched desert landscapes and area landmarks, such as Camelback and Red Mountain, will be afforded. The course offers four sets of tees and has a range of playing yardage from 5,065 to 6,800. It is a strategic, yet forgiving design that asks the player to make choices relative to his or her own skill level.

Being from the prairies in Canada, I can confidently say that ever hole on this course is a dream. The elevation changes are incredible and the greens are quick. As intimidating as this course looks while playing, it is surprisingly forgiving. The sand traps are really soft and white and the course is long (played from the green tees). Would highly recommend and I’ll be happy to come back next year!

Highly recommended! I traveled to Scottsdale for a bachelor party for which I volunteered to plan the golf outing. There was a large disparity in golfing ability amongst the group and I'm 100% satisfied with my decision to go with Eagle Mountain Golf Club. From the moment we arrived at the course the staff was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. They had all of the rental clubs pulled and kindly instructed us where the practice facilities were to warm up. Rangers were regularly patrolling the course to maintain pace of play. Course was in great shape and provided an exception desert golf experience.
